As a new homeowner in the area, I had no idea where to go for help when I ran out of hot water on a recent snowy night. An online search led me to Infinity, and I’m so glad! The dispatcher was friendly and efficient. Despite the terrible weather, two technicians, Mike and Jeff, arrived in less than an hour. They were professional, courteous and really pleasant, as if there was nothing they’d rather be doing. They even shoveled my driveway so I didn’t have to go out in the cold. Mike and Jeff did a great job (shoveling and also installing my new water heater). Excellent service, quality work, fair price. Highly recommend!
